CANCELLATION POLICY/ PRODUCT RETURN

Welcome to Cielo Hair Salon & Spa, where we prioritize our customers' satisfaction above all else. To ensure a positive experience, we have implemented a clear cancellation policy to manage our appointments and minimize any inconvenience to our guests.

To maintain a smooth operation, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations are made at least **24 hours** before the scheduled appointment. This gives us ample time to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another guest. A missed service without a 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the missed service.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, services for guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your services if necessary to stay on time for our current appointments.

In case you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or retail credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all sales of brushes, styling tools are final.
